We are blessed to have Wayne Guilliams serve as our Pastor at the MISSION. He has been involved in some form of ministry for several years. The last few years, Pastor Wayne felt a urging of the Spirit to enlarge his ministry focus. Feeling led of the Lord, he began a Bible study in his parents house. This has grown into being the MISSION Church of God. Since the beginning of this new work, we have seen many souls saved and lives forever changed under the power of God. Wayne is married to Lori, who is a dynamic and anointed singer and teacher. He has 3 wonderful children: Wayne, Ben, And Emily.
Wayne is an ordained bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland Assembly. He previously served Newport Church of God in several areas including Sunday School teacher, children and youth pastor. Norman Rice serves the MISSION as assistant pastor and teen pastor. He has previously served as children and youth pastor at the Newport and Cold Spring Church of God. Norman and his wife, Maxine, have 2 children: Norman and Brenda.

Paul Estep is an accomplished pianist and studied music while in college. He's written several songs, including one that made it to number 2 on the "They Need Jesus" CD. Paul was called to preach at the age of 17 and now is fulfilling the call through full-time ministry. He had dreamed about full-time ministry for over 10 years. Now the Lord has opened the doors and Paul is more than ready to heed the call. Paul and his wonderful wife, Nancy, have 3 children: Jonathan, Jessica, and Jenna. Ramon Santa, his wife Damaris Jordan, and friend Tito Ramirez first came to the MISSION in late 2010 looking for a place to launch a Hispanic work in the Florence Area. Amanda Tuttle is the children's pastor at the MISSION. She has been ministering to the children since she started coming. She is a very talented teacher, and has begun a pulpit ministry. One of the newest ministers at MISSION is June Ferguson. She has been working in the Jail ministry and is now branching out to a pulpit ministry. June is married to Kenny, who is our Men's Ministry Team Coordinator and Bass Player for the MISSION Worship Band. They have two children: Carrie and Ryan.

Keith Hall has been writing for the church blog and teaching Sunday School. Since coming to the MISSION, he has started a pulpit ministry. He and his wife Kathy are now the church treasurers while still assisting wherever needed.

Robert Needham came to the MISSION in 2008. He has felt the call to branch out into the ministry for a long time. Since coming to the MISSION, he has begun a pulpit ministry. He plays drums for the MISSION Band and does the Audio/Video Editing for our services.
